Dec 22 Update
Its about the middle of the Week for before the final begins, and ive been thinking, we need a special name for this game, so put some ideas on the message board of the yahoo site for our league, and well vote on the ideas. Other things for you to check out is the 2004 League Leaders board which you can click HERE to see where the QB's and RB's stack up, the other positions will be done soon. Also don't forget to check out your team pages for all the stats your team put up, and who was the best at each position. Another feature Ive added was the 2004 Pro Bowl Lineup for Team Hyla Vs. Red Tail Baggers which will be played Week 17,cause there will be no other games to be played. Those are just the players for the game, with one alternate available. The top players will be put in to a lineup that i will have in the middle of next week, if a player is injured the next best player will be inserted into the lineup. The reasoning behind the selection of the teams was the same as last year, i have no other idea of spliting them up 5 and 5, unless we did have the divisons. But Team Hyla is consisted of the three Hyla Guys, T and A, Killer B's, Employee Of The Month. Than I added ECCGrounds, and Rowe's Pigskin Pros, i know u might be saying thats unfair, but for ECCGrounds, he couldn't be on Red Tail Baggers, and Rowe's Pigskin Pros is not really working at Red Tail anymore, so i guess it makes sense in terms of the Team names. This team will take on Red Tail Baggers who won the Pro Bowl in 2003, the team is comprised of daytondragons, KardiacKids, The Flashes, AJ's All-Stars, and BuckeyeMike. Click HERE for all the Pro Bowl Selections. Here is the 2004 Finals MatchUp:

Dec 14 Update
The 2004 Regular Season has come to a close and once again Rowe's Pigskin Pros is on top at 11-3. He will take on T and A in the first Round of the Playoffs, and Employee Of The Month got the 2 seed and will play against ECCGrounds. ECCGrounds got a big lift from the MVP of the Week 14, Drew Bennett on Monday Night Football to take home the weekly Payout with 105.61 Pts. Bennett had 12 catches for 233 yds, and 3 TDs for a huge 35.65 Pts. Wow. Good Luck to the 4 teams in the playoffs, and for the other teams in the Toilet Bowl! Rowe's Pigskin Pros had the most weekly payouts with 4 of them totaling 20.00. congratulations. I will get the League Leaders up as soon as i can, i already finished AJ's All-Stars, so check back to see if your teams is done.

Rhonde Barber was the defensive Player of the week For the Flashes. He had 10 Solo Tackles and 1 INT good for 9 Pts.

Dec 7 Update
Rowe's Pigskin Pros stands alone in first place with a huge win over Employee Of The Month, scoring the most points in a week ever with 136.45 to take his record to 10-4. All the other teams that were tied for first lost and will have to wait for the last game to determine their playoff spots. A big game coming up in the last week has Employee Of The Month going against T and A. Bryan Westbrook was the big point man this week with 33.15. He had 11 catches for 156 yds and 3 TDs, and also rushed for 37 yds.

The Defensive Player of the Week was also from Rowe's Pigskin Pros, Terrence McGee. He ran the opening kickoff for the Bills back for a TD, and also had a pick, with 5 solo Tackles to finish with 12.50 Pts.

Nov 30 Update
Well there is a still 4-way tie for first place, after T and A, and Employee Of The Month take their win streaks to 6, and ECCGrounds and Rowe's Pigskin Pros both win to tie it all up. The big game comes next week as Employee Of The Month takes on Rowe's Pigskin Pros. Rowe has owned Employee in the regular season winning all 5 times. AJ's All-Stars has won his second weekly payout of the year with 105.44 points over the Killer B's. Employee Of The Month had the MVP for Week 12 in Marvin Harrison, although he wasn't the high scorer in the week, that title belongs to Willis McGahee who scored 4 TDs and rushed for 116 yds to total 32.15. Harrison scored 3 times, and caught 12 balls for 127 yds good for 30.35 Pts.

Employee Of The Month also had the Defensive Player of the Week in Keith Bulluck. He had 12 solo tackles, and 1 sack good for 8.00 Pts.

Nov 28 Update
The Top story has to be daytondragons two game winning streak, he gaurentees himself to not have the worst record ever, he could only tie for it. Other win streaks are 5 game winning streaks by Employee Of The Month, and T and A. BuckeyeMike has a 5 game losing streak. There is a log jam at the top of the standings with 4 teams with a 8-3 record, it should be an exciting 3 weeks left. Mushim Muhammad led the daytondragons to his 2nd straight win with 21.55. He had 6 catches for 118 yds and 2 TD catches.

Rodney Harrison of Rowe's Pigskin Pros was the Defensive Player Of the Week with 8.00 Pts. He had 8 Solo Tackles and an interception for 12 yds.

Nov 19 Update
Lets give it up for daytondragons!! First win of the year and hopefully many more to come. ECCGrounds finally lost one after a 5 game winning streak, which leaves him at 8-2, and 3 team tie for 2nd with T and A, Rowe's Pigskin Pros, and Employee Of The Month. AJ's All-Stars, and Killer B's are on the outside looking in, but you never know until the season is over. KardiacKids scored the most points this week with 110.01. The MVP was none other than T.O. Terrell Owens who finished with 28.00 for Rowe's Pigskin Pros. T.O. had 6 catches for 134 yds and 3 TDs and put on a great show on MNF.

There were 3 different Defensive Player of the Weeks they all scored 5.00. John Abraham of the KardiacKids had 6 Solo Tackles and 1 Sack. Antonie Winfield of daytondragons had 6 solo Tackless and a Forced Fumble. Keith Bulluck of Employee Of The Month had 6 Solo Tackles and a sack.

Nov 10 Update
Week 9 is over and were in the home stretch with 5 games to go, still anything can happen with the top 6 teams looking for those 4 playoff spots, for the 2 win teams theres a long way up, but who knows. T and A scored the most points this week with 114.79, which is the 3rd highest of the year and currently 5th All-Time. Michael Pittman was MVP in Week 9 with 128 yds Rushing and 3 TD's, also with 2 catches for 30 yds good for 26.90 Pts. He lead Employee of the Month to his 6th win by a 3.56 margin.

Ed Reed was Defensive Player of the Week for Week 9 with 3 Tackles and a long 106 yd INT for a TD good for 11.50. He lead ECCGrounds to their 8th win by a 1.19 margin.

Nov 2 Update
Another weekend of high scoring, in which 5 teams scored over 95 points. ECCGrounds finds himself alone again at the top at 7-1, with Rowe's Pigskin Pros right around the corner at 6-2. The MVP of the week was Peyton Manning, throwing for 472 yards, 5TDs, and INT, good for 23.44 Pts. Priest Holmes would have won again for the second straight week, but daytondragons couldn't pull it out again, hopefull in the coming weeks he can pull a few out cause we all know he deserves one after scoring over 90 points twice and not pulling out a win. The Weekly Payout winner was Employee Of The Month winning for the second time this year with 109.33, which is good for 6th all-time. Coming in a close second and third Rowe's Pigskin Pros at 106.28, which is currently 10th all-time, and T and A at 102.14.

Greg Wesley was the Defensive Player of the Week with 6 Tackles and 1 INT good for 7.00 Pts he also played in the same football game in Kansas City's entertaining game against the Colts.

Nov 1 Update
yoyoyoy. Poor Dan, scroes 93 already and has Chris Chambers on MNF, but is still losing to Employee Of the Month by around 16 points. That being said Employee Of the Month is the leader in the clubhouse with 109.33. Priest Holmes of daytondragons was a big part in him having 93, The Priest scored over 30 Points the second straight game in arow, which keeps him as the top Fantasy god in the league. But daytondragons are losing, so saying that Shaun Alexander is in the lead right now to be MVP this week.

But... Monday Night Football is still to be played.. Thats why they play the games.. Stay Tuned..

Oct 27 2004 Big Update
My Bad on the recent no update in a week, but we got a domain name: hylafantasy.net, so hopefully it will be easier to remember and u can access it anywhere. I needed more space so i had to get this done and so hopefully it will workout well. Well heres the updates, and the MVP of Week 7 is below the Match-Ups for Week 8.
An exciting weekend of football, alot of high scores, with 3 teams scoring above 95. Daytondragons unfortunely was one of those and did not win, even with the Priest chipping in 4 touchdowns to give him the 2nd highest point total of a player in a game with 33.50, he came up short. Therefore Priest isn't the MVP and he's no the weekly payout winner. The Flashes took care of both departments, leading the league in scoring in Week 7 with 115.10, the 4th highest all-time, and the 2nd highest point total of this season for a Week. He also had the MVPs of Offense and Defense. Ahmad Green was the MVP of Week 7 totaling 21.85 He had 15 carries for 163 yards with 2 TDs, and also caught 3 catches for 4 yards.

On the Defensive side of the ball, Andre Davis of the Cleveland Browns, i think thats the first MVP of any sort of the browns haha. And Rhonde Barber were CO-Defensive Players of the Week with both having 7.00. Each player had 6 solo tackles, and 1 INT each.
Oct 19, 2004 Update
ECCGrounds is in first place all alone, as he squeaked out a Monday Night Victory over Employee Of The Month. AJ's All-Star's is this week's weekly payout winner with a 91.96 win over T and A. Daunte Culpepper is once again the MVP this week, he led KardiacKids to there 3rd straight victory. Culpepper went 26-37 for 425 yards, and 5 TDs, but threw two picks. He also ran for 13 yards.

Sean Taylor was this week's Def. Player Of The Week with 4 solo tackles, 1 sack, and 1 pick for 8 Points to help out AJ's All-Stars's top Score of 91.96
Oct 12 2004 Update
Week 5 is in the books and we have a tie for first place between Rowe's Pigskin Pros, whats new?, and ECCGrounds. Rowe's Pigskin Pros take over the points lead with 106.21 spot this week which also give him 5.00 bucks in the weekly pay department. This is Rowe' Pigskin Pros second weekly payout giving him 10.00 already for the season. As for Andre Johnson, who looked like the clear MVP before but his team lost, so the new MVP is Daunte Culpepper who put up 24.42 for the surging KardiacKids who have won 2 in arow, after dropping the first 3 games. Culpepper went 36-50 for 396 yards and 5 TDs with a QB rating of 128.4, and also had 30 yards rushing in an overtime win over the Texans.

This week id also like to name a defensive MVP, and for weeks to come. This week is no surprise, ECCGround's Ed Reed put up 15.00 points on the defensive side of the ball. Reed had 6 solo tackles, a sack, and a forced fumble which led him in to the end zone for a 22 yard TD.

Oct 8 2004
Sorry about the non-update again. But here it is.... Alot of teams moved back into the thick of things, and Rowe's Pigskin Pros moved to the top once again. So in result we have a bunch .500 teams, and a three way tie at the top. Week 4's weekly payout winner just barely got it, by scoring only 82.45 T and A get the 5 bucks. Week 4 MVP was on T and A's team, he is Tiki Barber who put up 17.80 Pts. Barber rushed for 182 yards on 23 carries for 1TD, and also caught 4 balls for 14 yards.

Sept 28 2004
Week 3 is in the books, and there are two undefeated teams, and two winless teams. The MVP for Week 3 is rookie Roy Williams, he caught 9 balls for 135 yards and 2 TDs for a total of 23.25 Pts to lead Rowe's Pigskin Pros to victory.

Sept 25 2004
Sorry About the non-update for awhile, busy work in school, that will happen, but im back. I got all the rosters updated on this site, as well as the results of Week 2. The Weekly winner was Employee Of The Month at a very low 80.05. The MVP was Edgerrin James, who basically won the game for Rowe's Pigskin Pros over Kardiack Kids. Edge had 124 yards with 2 TDs on the ground and 2 catches with only 3 yards.

Sept 16 2004
WHOOOHOO everyone has paid there money for the league fee, i think the fastest time in league history of having all the money in, thanks guys.
Sept 14 2004
Week 1 is in the books, with a couple real tight games that came down to the Monday Night Game, with the Killer B's holding off the daytondragons, and The KardiacKids sqeaking by BuckeyeMike, although BuckeyeMike did have the top Player of Week 1. The Flashes have an impressive debut with Neal joining the team. They score a 3rd best Overall Point Total by a Team in a game with 115.53 points. Back to the best player of the Week, Shaun Alexander takes the crown rushing for 135 yards with 2 Rushing TD's, and 2 grabs for 31 yards and another TD. Congratulations on whoever won this weekend, and good luck to those who lost next weekend.

Sept 8 2004

July 28 2004
As Training camps around the league begin to start, so does the talk of the start of the 3rd season of Red Tail Baggers Fantasy Football League. I am at work putting together the keepers available to everyone, as well as filling 4 more rosters spots, as Jim Hyla, and the one and only Paul Korfmacher exit the league. So all in the end of all of this, 10 roster spots will be filled, and i will have the keepers available to the six teams currently in the league. So as soon as i have that, i would like to have everyone have their keepers final by Mon Aug 9. I am thinking of having people over for the hall of fame game, we could watch football (Broncos & Redskins) and get prelimiary plans for the upcoming Season of Fantasy Football. Setting your keepers by that date, will give the 4 new teams to look over the remaining qualified keepers pool. We will than an expansion draft for the 4 new teams to pick from the qualified keepers pool where they will have the oppurtunity to keep 3 or less players, the order of the draft will be drawn out of a hat on the night of Monday, Aug. 9. Hopefully all you guys are excited as I am to get the season underway, Good Luck to everyone this year.
