Dec 26 Update
Rowe's Pros finally got one after 4 year's, his 5th was a charm when he beat #1 Employee Of The Month 68.56 - 57.79. The game was tied after the Sunday games, but on Christmas Day Jeff Garcia, and Bryan Westbrook led Rowe's Pros over the Miami D, and Chris Chambers. Although Garcia and Westbrook won it, Rowe's Pros would not be in that position if not for the X-factor of Bagger Bowl V. The MVP of Bagger Bowl V was Issac Bruce who scored 17.90 pts. He had 9 catches for 148 yds and a TD.

Congratulations are also out to the Dragons who took 3rd place by winning the 3rd place game over KardiacKids 75.86 - 54.14. As a result, Rowe's Pros takes the grand prize of $250.00. Employee Of The Month 2nd with $140.00, The Dragons 3rd with $80.00, and KardiacKids 4th with $60.00.
The winner of the Toilet Bowl was The Flashes after their victory over BuckeyeMike 89.38 - 55.90
That is the end of the 2006 Red Tail Bagger Fantasy Football Season, but we still have the 2006 Pro Bowl to go, and that will be played on Week 17. Within the next few days i will unveil the participants on Team Hyla (ECCGrounds, Employee Of The Month, Killer B's, Rowe's Pros, T & A) and Red Tail Baggers (AJ's All-Stars, BuckeyeMike, The Dragons, The Flashes, KardiacKids). I will announce the Tight Ends on Wednesday, Wide Receivers on Thursday, Running Backs on Friday, and Quarterbacks on Saturday, along with a matchup sheet so we can all follow along. Today I'm here to announce the Defenses and Kickers:
Team Hyla:
K
(Chi) K
(Ind)
D
D
Red Tail Baggers:
K
(SD) K
(Cin)
D

And finally the MVP of 2006 is....
LaDanian Tomlinson is the overwelming 2006 MVP. He finished with 300.70 points, The all-time high point total for a player in year by around 70 points. He averaged 23 pts a game, and 2 TD's a game, just unbelievable, hard to say if we will ever get to see a season as great as LT's in 2006.

#1 Seed Employee Of The Month will take on #3 Rowe's Pros in Bagger Bowl V. The two teams has previously met twice in the playoffs, and are 1-1 against each other. They met in the 2002 3rd place game, where Rowe's Pros beat Employee Of The Month to take 3rd place that year. And than when it really counted #3 Employee Of The Month lead by Priest Holmes's 27.30 beat #1 Rowe's Pros 109.22 - 87.40 to take Bagger Bowl II. Rowe's pitfalls in the playoffs can be linked to the Buffalo Bills. In 2002 as i mentioned as the #1 seed, lost in the first round to #4 AJ's All-Stars, but won the 3rd place game over Employee Of The Month. Than in 2003, he had the #1 seed again, got to the finals but lost to # 3 Employee Of The Month. In 2004, he was the #1 seed again, got to the finals but lost to #3 ECCGrounds. Than in 2005 he was the #1 seed for the 4th year in arow but lost again in the first round to #4 T & A, but won the 3rd place game. Maybe a change in seeding will do the trick for Rowe's Pros. If you look at the 2003 Bagger Bowl II the seeds are switched, so who knows. On to the semifinals Results....
You know the Bagger Bowl V matchup, but for the 3rd place match, #2 KardiacKids will take on #4 The Dragons. In the semi-finals, #1 Employee Of The Month beat The Dragons 89.39 - 55.88 led by LT's 22.70. He is the semi-finals MVP of 2006 by rushing for 199 yds, and adding 2 rushing TDs. He also had 1 catch for 5 yds. In the other game #2 KardiacKids lost to #3 Rowe's Pros 77.44 - 62.53.

All-Time Playoff Record

A quick look at the matchup's shows that The Dragons and KardiacKids are making their first appearances, on the other hand Rowe's Pros, and Employee Of The Month are the two top teams in playoffs games played with 14 games.
Now on to the Week 14 results. Employee Of The Month made it 8 in arow (a league record) to win his 12th game (a league record) over The Dragons 75.45 - 73.21. He just fell short of the all-time scoring record by around 20 points, but did i as mentioned get the records for winning streak at 8, and record for a season in 12. He had alittle bit of help from the Defensive Team of the Week, the Miami Dolphins who had 12.00 pts. They gave up no points, had 5 sacks, and recovered 3 fumbles. With that win and The Dragons loss, his 4th in arow, became tied with Rowe's Pro for the 3rd spot, but because of points scored Rowe's Pros moved into the 3 slot and The Dragons the 4. Rowe's Pros was in this situation because of a loss to the before winless ECCGrounds, but now owner of 1 win with 73.09- 70.91 squeaker. ECCGrounds had the help of the Week 14 MVP, Maurice Jones-Drew, second straight rookie to win the award had 27.55. Jones-Drew had 166 rushing yds and adding 2 rushing TDs, he also had 1 catch for 15 yds, and a receiving TD. He also had a kickoff returned for a TD, but we do not award points for that. With Rowe's Pros in the 3 spot, the second spot was KardiacKids with a win, his 6th in arow, over T & A 88.40 - 69.96. He took the weekly payout for the week, his 3rd of the year. Closing out Week 14 BuckeyeMike beat Killer B's, his 7th loss in arow, 77.91 - 66.51. AJ's All-Stars got the victory over The Flashes 66.24 - 64.46 to close out the year at .500. Congratulations to the Playoff Teams, and for those who didn't make it, uve got the toilet bowl, and the Pro Bowl to look forward too, as well as a refreshing new start to next year, hopefully with some good keepers. I am in the process of tallying up the Final 2006 League Leaders, and applying that to the team pages, as well as player pages. The 2006 Pro Bowlers will be announced after Bagger Bowl 5, in time for Week 17.

Dec 5 Update
With KardiacKids 68.43 - 62.33 victory over AJ's All-Stars the playoff teams are now set. This was KardiacKids 5th win in arow that sets him in 3 way tie for 2nd. The #1 seed is the only seed which is set, and that is Employee Of The Month. Earning another victory, his 7th in arow (tied for best winning streak of all time), beating still winless ECCGrounds 63.47 - 60.00. ECCGrounds 13th loss in arow sets him at 0-13, already the worst record for a season of all-time. On the other hand Employee Of The Month ties the record for most wins in a season, done by Rowe's Pros twice, at 11. With a victory over the Dragons next week he can break that record. He can also break the all-time points in a year record by scoring 103.33. His horse, LaDanian Tomlinson has to score 23.40 to get to 300 pts. on the year, an amazing mark, he already owns the record for most in a year already. On to the rest of the scores, The Dragons dropped another one, his 3rd in arow to T & A 78.46 - 71.93. That drops him in a 3 way tie for second, hes at the bottom of that based on his point total, and has a chance to finish 4th when he's been 1st for most of the year. T & A had the help of the Defensive Team of the Week for Week 13 with the Minnesota Vikings. They had 15 pts. allowed, 1 sack, 3 INTs, and 2 fumble recoveries good for 7.00 pts. The last team at 9-4 is currently in second based on points is Rowe's Pros. He won his 3rd in arow with a victory over Killer B's 76.79 - 71.34. The loss sets Killer B's to 5-8, and that is his 6th loss in arow. In the final game The Flashes captures the weekly payout, 2nd of the year, with his 83.30 - 65.32 victory over BuckeyeMike. He also had alot of help from the 2nd highest player performance in a game of all-time. I have a hunch this guy will continue to put up games like this over his future career. Reggie Bush scored 36.90 pts on 37 rushing yds, 3 rushing TDs, 9 catches for 131 receiving yds, and 1 receiving TD. What an amazing game for the rookie, and now I would think a likely keeper for next year, and likely #1 pick the year after for the rest of his career. Next week is the very last week of the 2006 regular season, a huge match-up with playoff implication is The Dragons Vs. Employee Of The Month. If Employee Of the Month can secure a victory he will play The Dragons in the Semi-finals, and the other match-up will be KardiacKids Vs. Rowe's Pros. If that doesn't happen, KardiacKids needs a victory over T & A, and Rowe's Pros needs one over ECCGrounds. I will be back with the Matchups for Week 14 on thursday.

Nov 28 Update
2 more to go, and the playoffs participants are getting clearer, with the only shot at breaking it up being AJ's All-Stars who is down by 2 to Rowe's Pros, and KardiacKids. If both Rowe's Pros, and KardiacKids win in Week 13, they are in. AJ's All-Stars can do something about it next week, because he plays KardiacKids, so a win by the Kids completes the playoff picture. Employee Of The Month took over 1st place all alone with a 97.16 - 62.60 win over Killer B's. 97.16 was the high score of Week 12, and his 5th so far this year, good for $25.00 worth of weekly payouts. Employee Of The Month now just needs to average 83.4 points a game over the next two and he will reach the record set by Rowe's Pros in 2004. He also needs 1 one to match the highest winning percentage, and win total in history. He got help from LT once again, ur MVP for Week 12 with 21.58. He had 109 rushing yds with 2 rushing TDs, caught 1 pass for 5 yds, and also threw a TD pass good for 19yds. This is LT's 3rd MVP honor in arow, and he has also set a record for most points ever in a season with so far 253.50 pts, with 2 games to go, can he get to 300? The previous mark was set by Priest Holmes in 2004, his record setting TD season, he had 234.65. The Dragons has lost his 2nd in arow, this time to AJ's All-Stars 68.40 - 60.67. I know for a fact no team wants to play AJ's All-Stars if he makes it into the playoffs, he has a 4 game winning streak. KardiacKids also has a 4 game winning streak, he beat The Flashes, 66.51 - 53.98, and moves into a tie for 2nd place with Rowe's Pros at 8-4. Rowe's Pros also gets a win, his 2nd in arow on 90.22 points to beat BuckeyeMike's 54.16. He had the help of the Defensive Team of the Week, The Baltimore Ravens, their 4th honor of the year. They scored 19.00 pts, most by a Defense this year. The had 0 pts allowed, 1 TD, 9 sacks, 2 INTs, and 1 fumble recovery. Also not to be forgotten was a player Rowe's Pros didn't even start, which is Joseph Addai, i don't blame him he has LJ, and Westbrook. Addai had the 3rd highest point total of all time with 35.40. He had 171 yds rushing with 4 rushing TDs, and also added 2 catches for 37 yds. I think the Colts have found Edge's replacement. And finally T & A beat the winless ECCGrounds 84.34 - 49.66. Unfortunely ECCGrounds has tied the record for losses in a year with Big Diez's 12. It doesn't get any easier for ECCGrounds, as he takes on Employee Of The Month next week. As i mentioned before the biggest game finds KardiacKids trying to clinch a playoffs spot with a win over AJ's All-Stars.

Nov 21 Update
With The Dragons loss to KardiacKids, there is a tie for first place at 9-2. Employee Of The Month gets his 5th win in arow by beating BuckeyeMike 93.50 - 84.18. BuckeyeMike almost won with Lee Evans huge game of 30.75, he had 11 catches for 265 yds and 2 TDs. He goes over 1000 points and is tied for 1st with The Dragons, although leads in points and would have the #1 seed if the playoffs started today. He is now only 263.95 away from Rowe's Pros 1269.76 in 2004, he needs to average 88 to beat it in the 3 games remaining. Employee Of The Month continues to ride LT who was once again the MVP, second week in arow. He had 105 rushing yards with 3 TDS, and also had 3 catches for 74 yds and another TD good for 34.45. This is his second in arow with 4 TDs, and in Week 11 he ranks 5th all-time with points in a game. This is is 3rd top 10 of all-time game this year. Employee Of The Month also had the Defensive Team of the Week with the Miami Dolphins. They had 20 pts allowed, had 2 TDs, 3 sacks, 1 interception, and 2 fumble recoveries good for 13 pts. The Dragons as i said previously lost to the KardiacKids 59.82 - 45.79. This moves KardiacKids into a tie for 2nd with Rowe's Pros at 7-4, and 2 games up from the rest of the pack. Rowe's Pros narrowly defeated The Flashes 77.83 - 74.83. Than there is a big cluster of 5-6's with BuckeyeMike, Killer B's, and AJ's All-Stars with 3 games left they need alittle help. T & A in a very low scoring game beat Killer B's 44.59 - 37.51. Finally AJ's All-Stars beat winless ECCGrounds 97.15 - 57.00 to take the weekly payout, second in arow, and send ECCGrounds to his 11th consecutive loss, the worse ever in our history. Not to be forgotten was Chad Johnson's second 30 point game in row to move him into the top fantasy receiver. He had 6 catchs for 190 yds and 3 TDs.

Nov 15 Update
The Dragons and Employee Of The Month continue to distance themselves from the rest of the close middle pack. Employee Of The Month has a two game lead, and The Dragons have built a 3 game lead. The Dragons won his 5th in arow, which is good for 4th all-time tied with 5 others, and Employee Of The Month has won his 4th in arow. In the big matchup of the Week, Employee Of the Month continues to ride LaDanian Tomlinson, Week 10 MVP and probaly the season MVP, to a 93.89 - 81.07 victory over Rowe's Pros. Employee Of The Month is just 357.45 back of the all-time record for points scored in a year, and has to average just under 90 right now to accomplish that. Tomlinson's performance in Week 10 is the 3rd greatest of all-time coming in at 34.90 points. He had 104 rushing yards, 6 catches for 54 yds, and 4 rushing TDs. He averages 21 points a game, which is best of all time if he stays between that and 19, and he would be 3rd overall if it were last year, and 2nd if it were 2004 already. he still has 4 more games. As I said before the Dragons win again to get to 9-1 by beating The Flashes 63.50 - 54.50. The Dragons have to win 3 out of 4 to break the record for win total in a season set by Rowe's Pros twice at 11. KardiacKids beat ECCGrounds 84.15 - 49.47 to move in to a tie for third with Rowe's Pros at 6-4. ECCGrounds has dropped his 10th straight game. This losing streak equals Big Diez for the worst in history. So lets hope he can turn it around for Week 11. He needs to win 3 of 4 to not tie Big Diez for the worst season in history. He also needs 223.17 points to surpass the lowest amount of points scored in a season also, which is 55.79 a game, so that is reachable. BuckeyeMikes victory over T & A sets him at 5-5 and right in the middle of things ironcally with his .500 record. He is 1 back of third place along with Killer B's, so anything can happen in 4 games. BuckeyeMike had the help of The Chicago Bears again with 9 pts. to beat T & A 64.97 - 52.47. They had 20 pts allowed, scored 1 TD, had 2 sacks, 2 INTs, and 1 fumble recovery. This is there 3rd time with the Defensive Team of the Week. And finally taking home the weekly payout, his first of the year with 100.20 is AJ's All-Stars with a victory over the Killer B's 71.94. The victory puts him at 4-6 tied with The Flashes, 2 back of third place. With 4 games to play, you never know what could happen and a playoff spot is certainly reachable with help from others. The big game for next week is 1st place Dragons against the KardiacKids at 6-4. All rosters are updated as well as league leaders as well. Enjoy..

Nov 7 Update
You may have said wow when u looked at the scores after most of the games on sunday. You were probaly looking at Employee Of The Month's score of 127.96. That in itself is 3rd all-time point performace in a game by a team. But last weekend, he also had in the 120's, which at that time was 3rd all-time, now 4th. Of course this wins the weekly payout, 4th of this year good for 20 bucks, and Employee Of the Month has entered a 4 game stretch in which he has scored 440.01 pts, which is good for 110 pts a game! In this stretch he climbs the all-time points overall scored by a team passing Rowe's Pros 5300.07 with his total of 5350.06. He is also 451.34 points ouf of the all-time record for points in a year 1269.76 by Rowe's Pros in 2004. In the 5 games left he has must average 90.26 to come within the record. His total for this year is 818.42 which is 138.37 ahead of the next best point total of 680.05 by Rowe's Pros. He had the help of Week 9 MVP, Javon Walker in beating The Flashes 127.96 - 86.67. Walker had 6 catches for 134 yds and 2 receiving TD's, while also having 72 yds rushing and scoring a TD one more time good for 31.30 points. Probaly the best 4 game, or 2 game stretch however you look at it in our 5 year history. But, he is in second place still because of The Dragons 78.73 - 37.98 victory over the still winless 0-9 ECCGrounds, who he has so fittingly renamed Pee-Wee All-Stars. That losing streak is now tied for 2nd all-time with The Dragons 9 he went through in 2004. ECCGrounds has only been over 58 twice all year (79, 62). It doesn't get any easier as he goes against tied for 4th place KardiacKids in Week 10. The Dragons had the help of the Defensive Team of the Week for Week 9 in the Denver Broncos. This is the 3rd time so far this year they have won that honor. They had 20 pts allowed, 4 sacks, 3 INT's, and 3 fumble recoveries good for 11.00 pts. Looking down the rest of the standings, Rowe's Pros fell out of the 2nd spot to 3rd in a loss to T & A, 68.31 - 51.60. KardiacKids beat Killer B's 93.57 - 72.50 allowing the Kids to move into a tie in 4th place along with the Killer B's. Finally, AJ's All-Stars beat BuckeyeMike 70.55 - 60.97, BuckeyeMike falls to 4-5, AJ's All-Stars moves to 3-6. A huge matchup is brewing next week when the 2nd place Employee Of The Month goes against 3rd place Rowe's Pros. After Week 10 we should have a clearer picture of the top with than 4 games to go after this weekend. Ive also updated the rosters, and league leaders, so check them out!

Nov 3 Update
There was a trade earlier in the week:
Killer B's Get:
(NYG)
AJ's All-Stars Get:
(Buf)
Oct 31 Update
The Dragon win another one, third in a row to still hold on to first place, by beating Killer B's 58.89-42.77. ECCGrounds drops another one, and is on the 3rd all-time longest loseing streak at 8, he drops one to The Flashes who are on a 4 game winning steak 78.69-55.68. BuckeyeMike wins one against the KardiacKids as he drops his 2nd straight to go to 4-4, 78.15 - 52.53. Than there are the two highest scorers in the league, Employee Of The Month, and Rowe's Pros.Employee Of The Month took home the weekly payout for Week 8 with 123.82 pts. By far the highest total of the year. Ranks #3 all-time in one week's scoring output. This is the third weekly payout for Employee Of The Month. He had 2 30 point scorers in LaDanian Tomlinson, and Reggie Wayne. Wayne had 31.90, which ranks 10th all-time, 10 catches for 138 yds, 3 TDs, and 1 2pt conversion. Tomlinson had 31.50 with 3 catches for 57 yds good for 1 receiving TD, and had 183 rushing yds, with 2 more TDs. Than Rowe's Pros had the help of the MVP, and the defense of the Week in beating AJ's All-Stars 106.54 - 81.87. Larry Johnson has won MVP two weeks in arow, scoring 34.05 Pts in Week 8. He had 2 catches for 26 yards and 1 receving TD. He than went on to have 155 yards rushing along with 3 more TDs on the ground, good for 5th all-time, and the 2nd highest single game performance of 2006.The Baltimore Ravens D took the honor of the Defensive Team of the Week for Week 8. It is their third honor this year, and they rank as the #1 defense so far this year. In Week 8 they had 22 pts allowed, but also had 4 INTS, returned for 2 TDs, 2 sacks, and 1 Fumbler recovery all good for 13 pts. The whole website is updated with roster updates, and league leaders, so ill be back with the Week 9 matchups where The Dragons the #1 team in the league, take on the #10 team in the league ECCGrounds. And can Employee Of The Month straight off his record breaking output last week cool The Flashes 4 game winning streak

Oct 25 Update
The Dragons continues his winning ways with his second in arow to get to 6-1 by beating BuckeyeMike 68.82 - 61.34. He had some help from his defense, The Denver Broncos taking the Defensive Team of the Week for Week 7. Most of you know how well they did seeing they were against the Browns. They had only 7 pts. allowed, 5 Sacks, an INT, and 2 Fumble Recoveries good for 10 pts. ECCGrounds has lost again, making it his 7th straight loss to start the year. It is the second longest losing streak to start the year since 2004 when The Dragons lost his first 9 games of the year. It is the 5th highest losing streak in our 5 year history. He lost to Killer B's 79.39 - 50.08. The Flashes overcame T & A even though Hines Ward had a huge game with 8 catches for 171 yards and 3 TDs good for 30.55 pts, 83.65 - 77.74. Joining the Killer B's in second place is Rowe's Pros who beat former second place KardiacKids 84.43 - 49.11. He had some help from the Week 7 MVP Larry Johnson. He had 2 catches for 29 yards, 132 rushing yards, and 2 TDs, good for 21.05 pts. Finally the third second place team at 5-2, Employee Of The Month beat AJ's All-Stars 87.40 - 62.35 to take the Weekly Payout for Week 7. This is his 2nd weekly payout this year. That does it for Week 7. We have a big matchup coming in Week 8 with 1st place Dragons facing 2nd place Killer B's. The league leaders are up, and transactions are current. Seeya next week.

Oct 17 Update
What an exciting weekend of football, the highest scoring by far, two teams over 100 and in the same game, and one with 97, a few real close games and the two highest player performances of the year and one ranking in the Top 10 all-time. The Dragons stand on top of the standing all alone with a victory over Rowe's Pros in Week 6's big game of the week. The Dragons took it 71.40 - 61.31 to leave him alone in first place, he had alittle help from the Denver Broncos D who had 1 FR, 1 INT, 4 Sks, and 3 pts allowed good for 9.00 pts. In other games, ECCGrounds still remains winless with a loss to BuckeyeMike 97.08 - 79.70, unfortunely for BuckeyeMike 97.08 was the third highest score so no weekly payout this weekend, but he did have the co-defensive team of the week with the Chicago Bears. They had 2FR, 1 SK, 2TDs, and allowed 23 pts good for 9.00 pts. The Flashes continued their win streak by beating Killer B's to make it a four way tie again for 2nd. AJ's All-Star's beat T & A for his first victory all time against them. Finally in the game that ended up the most exciting, KardiacKids outlasted Employee Of The Month 102.20 - 100.83. The two highest scored by far this year, and unfortunely for Employee Of The Month he came up 2 points short, and i believe it is the first time a team scored over 100 pts and lost. With the victory KardiacKids earns the weekly payout with help from the MVP of Week 6, Torry "Big Game" Holt. Big Game had 8 catches for 154 yards, and 3 TDS good for the highest this year 29.70. Highest this year until LaDainan Tomlinson took the field scoring a 4th best of all-time performance with 34.25 pts. He had 7 catches for 64 yards, and rushed for 71 yds along with 4 TDs. He was not on the winning team so he was not the MVP, but he was worth noticing in the most exciting weekend of fantasy football yet this year. League Leaders and the Week 7 matchup will be up on Thursday Night so look out for that...

Oct 10 Update
There are no unbeatens after Week 5 as Employee Of The Month beat The Dragons to make it a four-way tie for first with Killer B's, and Rowe's Pros joining them at 4-1. Killer B's beat BuckeyeMike with the help of Donovan McNabb who was the MVP for Week 5 with 354 Yds Passing, and 1 yd rushing, with 2 TDs, through the air, and 1 on the ground. He lost a fumble but had 18.13 Pts. Donovan came into the week as the top fantasy player of 2006 and he continues that honor by having the most points for Week 5. He also had help from his defense, the Jacksonville Jaguars were the Defensive Team of the Week for Week 5 with 0 Pts allowed, 6 sacks, 3 INTs, and 1 FR good for 14 Pts. Rowe's Pros went into first place by beating the lowly ECCGrounds (0-5), who so embarrasingly changed his name to a CYO team on yahoo. T & A who on any other week would have been beaten, scored one of the lowest point totals of the year at 49.68 but beat KardiacKids with the lowest of the year point total of 38.40. Talk about playing the right oppenent at the right time. Speaking of those low scores, this year's point totals have been lower than usual, as well as individual point performances, maybe the defenses are becoming more domminant, who knows. Finally The Flashes finally got their first win in 5 tries with a victory over AJ's All-Stars, and he did so with authority winning the weekly payout with 73.05 Pts. Seeya nex week

Oct 3 Update
And than there was one.... The Dragons are the only team left undefeated, beating and winning the weekly payout over T & A 99.21 - 60.17 (The high for 2006). Quite an impressive opening for a team that had only won 7 games in two years. He had the help of the MVP of week 4, Santana Moss. Moss had the highest point total by far this year with 26.90 Pts. catching 4 balls for 138 yds, and 3 big TDs. KardiacKids just missed taking the weekly payout scoring 97.48 to beat AJ's All-Stars to take him to 3-1. Employee Of The Month also joins KardiacKids at 3-1 beating the lowly ECCGround who are now 0-4 after repeating as champion just last year. Employee Of The Month had some help from the Atlanta Falcons D, scoring 14 pts, of his 80.13 pts. They only allowed 4 points, had 1 TD, 4 SK, 2 INT, and 2 FR. The Flashes also lose again to make their record 0-4, losing to the .500 BuckeyeMikes. The Big game was 3-0 Killer B's against 2-1 Rowe's Pros. Rowe's Pros had the lead by around 30 something, and Donovan McNabb started a comeback scoring 25.11 pts to pull Killer B's within 5 points but it was not enough, as Rowe's Pros joins Killer B's, and the two previously mentioned teams into a 4 way tie for 2nd place at 3-1. This week was a big scoring week with 3 players scoring over 20 pts, the previously mentioned McNabb, and Moss, and also Larry Johnson, there was also two teams scoring better than 97 points.

Sept 27 Update
All roster transactions are current, and i also have the League Leaders tallied up to Week 3 so check that out by clicking on the 2006 League Leaders Link on the left hand side. Ill be back Thursday with the Preview for Week 4.
Sept 25 Update
Two teams remain unbeaten, and two teams are winless. In the battle of the unbeatens, Killer B's survived the Monday night game to take the 67.07 - 62.69 victory from Employee Of The Month. The Dragons also stayed unbeaten by beating AJ's All-Stars 79.83 - 71.46. ECCGrounds lost another one to make his record 0-3 by losing to T & A to give them their first win 69.89 - 57.90. Finally the Flashes dropped another one to remain winless to the weekly payout winner KardiacKids 87.79 - 59.30. Rowe's Pros finished second and points with the help of the MVP, and the team defense of the week, he took the victory 83.56 - 54.43. For the second week in arow the Baltimore Ravens take the crown for Team Defense of the Week. They allowed 14 pts, had 7 Sacks, 1 INT, 1 FR good for 10.00 Pts. Bryan Westbrook had the biggest individual performance so far this year notching a 28.20 Pt. game. He had 4 catches for 47 yds, 117 rushing yds, and 3 total TDs.

Sept 20 Update
Three teams escape Week 2 with a undefeated record: They are Employee Of The Month, The Dragons, and Killer B's. Three teams have no yet one a game, three that were in the semi-finals last year. Its still early anything can happen so we'll see what happens. Employee Of The Month won the weekly payout for Week 2 with 93.24 Pts. against BuckeyeMike. The Defense Of The Week had the biggest point total for a defense so far with a whopping 17.00 Pts to literally lead Rowe's Pros over The Flashes. The Baltimore Ravens had 6 pts allowed, 6 Sacks, a Safety, 3 INT's and 3 FR. The MVP for Week 2, was another unlikely MVP like last week's Frank Gore. Amani Toomer helped the Dragons get past The KardiacKids with 24.85 Pts. He had 12 receptions for 137 yards and 2 TDs.

Sept 12 Update
Ahhhh Football is back. 3 of the 4 teams that made the semifinals last year lost in week 1 with the exception being Killer B's eecking out a 2 point win over AJ's All-Stars. The defending chamion, ECCGrounds had the fewest points for the first week with a 50.74 performance against KardiacKids, making him 1-3 against them all-time. The Dragons beat The Flashes 64.17-58.91 making it the second straight year The Dragons have opened up with a win, hopefully this year he will fair better than last. Fairly low point totals for week one, but I guess that is to be normal because of the various changes NFL teams have for their offenses. Something new we tried this year is the team defenses. The highest point total was 13.00 by the Ravens but they could not get a win for Rowe's Pros against Employee Of The Month. So in result the Team Defense of the Week was the Chicago Bears with 10.00 pts.to help BuckeyeMike get the highest point total for the week with 84.72 and to beat T & A. The Bears had 3 Sacks, 2 INTs, 1 Fumble Recovery, and a defensive TD. The MVP for week 1 was Frank Gore of Employee Of The Month with 22.50 pts. He helped Employee Of the Month get his 2nd all-time win against Rowe's Pros in 9 regular season games all-time. Gore had 87 yds rushing with 2 TDs, and 6 catches for 83 more yds.

Aug 6 Update

Welcome back to Red Tail Fantasy Football! Can you believe we have reached 5 years for Red Tail Fantasy Football?? It's been quite a ride and I hope it continues for a very long time. Its been a long off-season, and we are 5 years old, so let me just take all you guys back to some Red Tail Baggers Fantasy Football memories. Big Diez, enough said. Clay Matthews rise to the league title in the very first year, sadly leaves before the second season. Adam's Team leaving the league a few nights before the draft in his second season because he didn't have any money. The Clones (Spalding) debut in 2nd year only to leave after a horrible year. Employee Of The Month is carried by record setting Priest Holmes for the 03 title. The domination of the regular season of Rowe's Pigskin Pros, yet the tough luck in the playoffs. ECCGrounds taking back to back titles in his first 2 years, last year riding record setting Shaun Alexander to the title. Those are just a few highlights of the first 5 years of Red Tail Bagger Fantasy Football.
I have polled all of you about possible changes to the league this year. After everyone was polled, here are the results for the upcoming season: 10 owners was the winner over 12 so we will be keeping the same owners as last year. $60.00 will be the league fee this year. Finally, Team Defense will be the defense this year, replacing defensive players. Due to this vote, the draft will be scaled down to 18 rounds due to the subtraction of needing 3 or more players for defensive players. Most teams might only select one defensive team, some might pick 2. So because of this there does not need to be the same rounds as last year.
The 2006 season begins on September 7, 2006, but before that we have a few things that need to be taken care of. On Sunday, August 13th at 7:30pm Keeper Night will take place. In case anyone forgot, this night is set aside in order to find out who everyone kept, the 2006 Draft Positions, and also a place to speak freely about new ideas, or problems about the league. This is not mandatory, so if you cannot attend you may phone in your keepers, or email me them. Same rules apply as last year, I will also phone or email you the results of the draft positions.
The 2006 Red Tail Baggers Fantasy Football Draft will be held on Thursday August 24th at 7:30pm.
Important Dates:
Sunday, August 13, 2006 @ 7:30PM - Keepers, Draft Positions
