Damn Its Cold is officially the 2010 Bagger Bowl IX Champion by officially defeating Killer B's 80.12 - 42.66. The victory was completed when Mike Vick scored 15.41 for Killer B's, just his 2nd player in double figures. Vick had 263 passing yards with a TD and a INT, also had 63 rushing yards with another TD. Killer B's 42.66 points in the bagger bowl was the lowest of all-time. Well that puts a cap on the year, for those new comers to our league, we have been having a Pro Bowl to end the year since 2003. The stats are done by me so the only way to follow would be to check back on sunday morning to check out the starters for each team. The starting lineups are the same what they have been for the year, i will pick an alternate for each position just incase of being inactive. The two teams have always been Team Hyla against Red Tail Baggers. Team Hyla is composed of Employee Of The Month, T & A, Killer B's, ECCGrounds, & Rowe's Pros. Red Tail Baggers is composed of AJ's All-Stars, BuckeyeMike, Hurricanes, Damn its Cold, & The Flahses. I will be back tommorrow with the announcements of the Defenses, Kickers, and Tight Ends for the 2010 Red Tail Bagger Pro Bowl.

FLASHES DROP DAMN ITS COLD, MAKE FIRST EVER PLAYOFF APPEARANCE

The Flashes finally made it to the playoffs after their 90.18 - 66.69 victory over Damn Its Cold. The loss is Damn Its Cold's second in arow but he still grabs the #1 playoff spot with his 11-3 record. The Flashes finished at 9-5 and at the #2 playoff spot, with both teams making its first ever playoff appearances. Leading the Flashes, Deion Branch had 19.55 points, there were also great games by Tom Brady (17.38), & Maurice Jones-Drew (15.5). For Damn Its Cold, Chris Johnson led the team with 20.95, on 111 rushing yards, and catching 8 for 68 yards and a TD. Besides Johnson's 20.95, Arian Foster was his only other player in double figures with 10.25.

BATTLE OF #4 & #6, RESULTS IN NO PLAYOFF ENTRY

In the battle of #4 & #6, both with realistic playoff ideas, both go to toilet bowl. ECCGrounds came from behind with a 83.77 - 74.22 win over Rowe's Pros in a huge game in Week 14. Andre Johnson & Ray Rice were a big factor in the come from behind, with Johnson leading the team with 9 catches for 140 yards and 2 TDs good for 25.50 pts. Rice had 10, and LeSean McCoy (11.15) & the Saints D (11) joined him in double figures. For The Pros, Jason Witten lead the way with 18.95, with an overall team performance from Malcom Flloyd (16.55), Knowshon Moreno (14.15) and Philip Rivers (10.77). The win from the grounds could not get him into the playoffs with points being the main factor of not advancing. This was also the case for Rowe's Pros who had the lowest point total of all the teams in playoff contention.

WITH WIN, KILLER B'S IN, TAKES #3 SPOT

The Killer B's victory in Week 14 was just enough to advance into the playoffs in the #3 spot. The B's beat G & A 73.50 - 62.98 on the legs of Week 14 MVP, Michael Burner Turner. Turner had 26.70 points on 112 rushing yards with a catch for 12 yards and 3 TDs. Also with great contributions to the B's were Michael Vick (18.2) & Lance Moore (12). The The loss for G & A was paced by DeSean Jackson's 23.8, who had 4 catches for 210 yards and a TD. Peyton Manning also was in double figures with 16.38, the loss caps the down year for G & A who finish 2-12. The Killer B's had last made a playoff appearance in 2005 & 2003, but has not yet had a playoff win in 4 tries.

AJ'S ALL-STARS GRAB LAST PLAYOFFS SPOT BASED ON 2ND HIGHEST POINT TOTAL

The AJ's All-Stars grabbed the last playoff spot with his win over The Hurricanes 78.46 - 62.76. The Stars win broke a 4 part tie of 8-6's based on the 2nd highest point total for the season behind only Damn Its Cold. The win was his 4th in arow, this one lead by Matt Schaub who had 22.26 points on 393 passing yards with 3TDs along with 2 interceptions and a converted 2 pointer. Also helping the cause was Marcedes Lewis (10.85) and Marques Colston (16.80). In the loss, The Hurricanes end the year on the 2nd highest losing streak of all-time at 11 loses in arow to finish 3-11. Mike Tolbert (10.45) and Wes Welker (11.75) were the only players in double figures for the Hurricanes who hopefully will have the start they had this year, next year if they don't want to break the losing streak record. Going back to the Stars, AJ's All-Stars is the only team in this playoff class to get a playoff win. His win was a big one coming in the Red Tail Baggers first ever playoffs be beating the #1 seed Rowe's Pros and losing in Bagger Bowl I to Clay Matthews. His last playoff appearance was in 2007 when Rowe's Pros got his revenge and the the 2007 Bagger Bowl title.

EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH GETS WIN, BUT NO HELP IN UGLY LOW SCORING GAME

In a very ugly low scoring game, Employee Of The Month got the win he needed but no other help to advance to the playoffs as he won in Week 14., 49.02 - 26.27 over BuckeyeMike. Yes, BuckeyeMike only had 26.27 points, the second lowest regular season score of all-time. BuckeyeMike had no help from Randy Moss who was not even targeted, as well as Aaron Rodgers who was knocked out of the game with a concussion after only scoring 1.17 points. He also got under 1 point each from Dwayne Bowe, Davone Bess, & Visanthe Shiancoe. The lone bright spot for BuckeyeMike was Ryan Mathews who had 10.05 as he fell to 4-10 to finish the year. Employee Of The Month needed a bunch of help to have any chance of advancement. He needed a win which he got, ECCGrounds beat Rowe's Pros which he got, but his very low score of 49.02 could not make up the huge deficit in points to AJ's All-Stars. Leading the charge in the last week of the season was Drew Brees who was only one of the 2 in double figures had 14.77.

Well that does it for the 2010 regular season of Red Tail Baggers Fantasty Football. It was a great year, as we now have 4 playoff teams, only one has previously had a playoff win which makes it a wide open race as well a brand new champion. Who will win Bagger Bowl IX? Who will take its place along other one-time winners, Clay Matthews & Kardiac Kids? Good Luck to everyone! Finally, here is the complete and final regular season standings:

FLASHES SQUEAK BY G & A TO STAY 2ND

The Flashes squeaked by G & A to stay second in a crucial win in Week 13 65.22 - 64.25. Tom Brady was The Flashes leading scorer and the man that brought The Flashes back with 326 passing yards and 4 TD passes good for 24.67 points. But, he was not the man who won it for The Flashes, it was a meaningless catch by Braylon Edwards for 15 yards in the 4th quarter of a 45-3 game on monday night that won it for The Flashes. In the loss, Steven Jackson led G & A with 14.25 and Peyton Manning chipped in 13.25 in the loss that puts G & A at 2-11. Also helping out The Flashes was Maurice Jones-Drew's 12 pointer as well as the defensive team of the Week for Week 13 in the Pittsburgh Steelers. Pittsburgh allowed 10 points, had 4 sacks and had a fumble recovery for 7 points as the win put The Flashes 8-5 and still in 2nd with one game to go. DAMN ITS COLD FALLS FOR FIRST TIME IN 10 GAMES, THE PROS LEAD PLAYOFF CHARGE

The Rowe's Pros put an end to Damn Its Cold 10 game win streak with his 58.90 - 49.57 victory in Week 13. Knowshon Moreno led The Pros with 11.25 and also had help from Jason Witten (10.6) in the low scoring affair with the first place team. Damn Its Cold's loss came with the same constant throughout his 10 game win streak, Arian Foster. Foster is well on his way to MVP of the league and had yet another great game with 18.45 points in Week 13, the only player in double figures for Damn Its Cold. The win puts Rowe's Pros at 8-5, a great position going into the last week, needing probaly a win to get into the playoffs despite his low point total. All those playoff scenerios will be disgusted in tommorrow's update.

AJ'S ALL-STARS WINS 3RD IN ROW, NOW HAS CHANCE FOR PLAYOFF SPOT IN LAST WEEK

AJ's All-Stars won his 3rd straight game and is now in position to make the playoffs as his game currently stands at 83.79 - 51.11 over BuckeyeMike. Leading the Stars was Adrian Peterson, who had 25.9 points on 107 rushing yards with 1 catch for 1 yard and 3 TDs. Also helping out so far was Greg Jennings who had 23.10 points on 6 catches for 122 yards and 2 TDs, along with Matt Schaub (14.74) & Marques Colston (10.75). BuckeyeMike had another tough game as Aaron Rodgers was the only player to put up double figures with 19.91. Ryan Mathews was a game time decision, Dwayne Bowe put up an 0 after his 3 amazing games in arow, and Randy Moss continues to disappear. With the win AJ's All-Star goes to 7-6 and most likely in a big tie with 4-5 other teams going into the last week.

In the other games yet to be decided, ECCGrounds is  way up top of The Hurricanes with no players left 103.04 - 48.01 with the Hurricanes still left with Santonio Holmes, & Aaron Hernandez. In a battle of 7-5 teams, Employee Of The Month is slightly up Killer B's 72.71 - 72.29 but has Dustin Keller going up against the B's LaDainian Tomlinson. In the final game, The Flashes have to have a come from behind game against G & A who trail 37.6 - 64.25 but still with Tom Brady & Braylon Edwards going against no players for G & A. Well see how this interesting weeked shakes out and see what its going to be like going into the last week.

Nov 30 Update

DAMN ITS COLD BREAKS WIN STREAK RECORD, ON HIS WAY TO WINS RECORD

Damn its Cold broke the record for longest win streak in a season with 10 wins in row dating back to Week 3 up until now with his win over ECCGrounds 73.77 - 64.29. Vernon Davis could only come up with 2.6 points on monday night in the loss, which is The Grounds 4th loss in row now at 6-6 and on the outside looking in, but only a game out of a playoff spot with 2 to go. In the loss, The Grounds had 20.94 from Kyle Orton, 13.30 from Andre Johnson and finally 10.1 from Ray Rice. Back to Damn its Cold, who got his 11th win of the year which is 1 win from the record of 12 wins in a year back in 2006 by Employee Of The Month. With his 73.77 points the record for points in a year might be harder to acheive seeing he had to average 90 a game in the last 3 games. He now has to average 99.34 in the last two games, he is 198.68 back of the record as we speak. Going back to the game, The Jets D were the Defensive team of the Week in Week 12 with 10 points allowed, 3 sacks, 2 interceptions, a fumble recovery and a safety all good for 10 points. Also in the win were great performances by Eli Manning (12.47), Arian Foster (17.40) & Tony Gonzalez (11.55).

FLASHES JUMP TO 2ND PLACE ON BRADY'S LEAD

Tom Brady led the The Flashes with 24.87 points to jump into 2nd place on his Week 12 victory overy Employee Of The Month, 97.87 - 71.69. The victory is only his 2nd victory over Employee Of The Month all-time, and this season, as The Flashes finally have gotten back at him as well as others who have gotten to them in the past this year. Supporting Brady's big game was Rashard Mendenhall (14.55), Maurice Jones-Drew (10.1), Brandon Lloyd (17.8) & Jacob Tamme (12.7). In the loss Employee Of The Month drops a spot to 4th now at 7-5 but with 4 others with the record of 7-5 its tight. Jamaal Charles's 16.8 performance led Employee Of The Month who also had help from Drew Brees (11.89), & Calvin Johnson (12.8).

ROWE'S PROS GETS BACK ON TRACK JOINS 7-5 BUNCH

Rowe's Pros got back in the win column with a 63.60 - 47.95 win over G & A to join the bunch of 7-5 teams. in the loss, G & A had little help as he only had 1 players in double figures (Brent Celek - 10) and falls to 2-10. In the win, Knowshon Moreno led the Pros with 13.9, and had other good games from Miles Austin (11.75) & Jeremy Maclin (10.35).

Putting the cap on one of the previously mentioned games yesterday, Beanie Wells scored 3.3 for BuckeyeMike to make his win official 96.78 - 81.37 over the Hurricanes.

There is only 2 weeks left in our regular season, and looking at the Week 13 matchups, we have two big ones, with Damn Its Cold trying to go for the record in wins against 7-5 Rowe's Pros, and we also have 7-5 teams Employee Of The Month against Killer B's. I can't remember a more tight race to end the year with just 2 games to go, as really anything can happen between 2nd to 7th place. Here is a look at the updated standings in completion of Week 12:
