AJ's All Stars have selected Anthony Gonzalez (Ind - WR) from St. Joseph Grade School in Avon Lake.
Yahoo has him ranked at 146!
The second highest rookie receiver!
These rankings finally gained my respect!
Last place for me and dan young. Our unique draft strategies arent so special yet.
You're in last place, not me!
Play me! Im not worried bout you just the rest of the league
See message 4!
you are a product of some new bs scoring system where players receive bonus points for going over 100 yards. Your two additional bonus points beat me...trash! I finally figure out the old rules and then they change..haha congrats tho kid.
lemme get everyone's digits, my phone got busted at a bar go figure that...
I handed it to a bad bitch i was getting at and the hoe said i played her roommate, making some girl cry? I get called an ass hole with a charity speech lecture from this girl. During my response i refer to her as a bitch and she put my phone in the goose and pinneaple i was holding!! without hesitation this girl got goose and pinneaple over the head! An an escort out the bar by my boy that was bar tending. As good as that felt...I still feel like i lost big in the situation! NO PHONE for 6 days and a spilt drink!
Oh yea if anyone has snacki's or brett kaufmans number i could use those too
Well, you see A.J, bonus points are awarded for studs who perform well. Now that you know how it works maybe next year you can draft some studs!
I couldnt draft myself..
whats your number homo
Wow this year couldnt get any worse 5 out of 7 starters injured and now im going on my 4th quarterback....freaking great!!!
We really need to change this scoring system. My QB throws for 350 yards and 6 TD's and he only gets 26 points, What the....
Dan sounds like you were a victim of the new scoring changes...similar to me earlier! That is miserable...i agree but you arent catching sympathy from me as you benefitted from the new scoring against me.
One love
Isn't Brady's 26 pt game just as good as Kenny Watson's 27 pt game with 130 rushing yards 3 tds, we will probaly give bigger bonuses.next year for yardage, maybe 4 points for qb tds, well see, i mean we agreed upon the point system as is, well discuss it after the year.
So your telling me if a RB has 6 carries for 6 yards in a game resulting in 6 touchdowns, thats a better game than a QB throwing for 350 yards and 6 touchdowns.
That would be pretty amazing. I'd like to see that happen!!
So would 350 yards and 6 touchdowns, oh wait, i did see that
Hey whatever it takes to get in the end zone, to take a second look at what were talking about, Tom Brady is tied with Randy Moss for the best fantasy player of 2007 so far, so to take back what i said previously with the exception of bigger bonus points, i think scoring system is just right.
Yea, Randy Moss has 17 fewer touchdowns than Tom Brady! Since this league is built for the running back and receiver, anyone wanna make a trade, Tom Brady is up on the trading block
Responding to Dan and Mike:
Didn't William Perry once score two TD's on 2 or 3 yards?????
Fantasy football has always been built on the running back, because of the fact that they get the most touches, 20 plus carries, and around up to 5 catches on occasion. If you want to have QB's getting 6 per TD and 1 point for every 20 yards Tom Brady right now has over 260 points not even counting bonus points for 300 & 400 yard games, double what he has now. Just 30 points behind LT's highest ever total in our league of '06, and its only half way through. He's like 85 behind Peyton Manning who had the best fantasy year of any player as a QB in our league when he broke the TD record. And you know he's going to be right around the top at the end of the year, so if he is the top fantasy player why complain about not enough points? If you treat QB's like RB's than every single QB would be picked in the 1-3 rounds. Oh by the way, the website is updated, i still need to get the current rosters up, but the league leaders are updated.

Some one hinted at drafting running backs over quarter backs...ONLY MINE ALL SUCK...my entire team is on the trading block
Let the trades offer come in please. Matt, in your fantasy basketball league, are baskets counted different per position?
Yea 3 points from behind the arc usually G's and forwards
Do centers get 10 points from behind the arc
If you had it your way you'd make three pointers 134 points each, with steals counting 20 points a piece.
You still didnt answer the question
You gave a stupid question i gave a stupid response thats all it needs
well coached game dan...i see you decided to run tom brady for a pair of scores instead os sling them. Smart decision coach
So his rushing td's counted for 6 points? I don't get it
You luv controversy son...lol you a smart ass cuddie
Welcome to fantasy football spider monkeys, in regular fantasy football leagues rushing TDs are 6. In your quarterback heavy fantasy football league Tom Brady would have had 45 points. But in this regular football league he had 27, and is the top fantasy football player in the league, what more do you want?
I just want a touchdown to be a touchdown!
touchdown spider monkeys!!
Congratulations playoff teams, nice to see AJ in the playoffs, as well as BuckeyeMike and Spider Monkeys. We might need to conisder putting in 6 playoff teams in next year. I wouldn't complain if my point total was somewhere in the middle of the pack, but when you score the second most points of all time, and not make the playoffs there is something wrong. The Killer B's scored around 3rd overall in points when its all said and done i believe and he did not make it either. Im just putting it out there, i know some years the 6th place team won't deserve it, but this year is different. If we get 6, we should also consider giving the 1st, and 2nd place team a bye or something. This would shorten the season to 13 weeks and have 3 playoff weeks. Good Luck to th playoff teams, hopefully i will win the poop bowl.
Sounds like someone is complaining like I was earlier this season. If we go to 6 playoff teams sounds like we have to go to 6 points for a TD for a QB.....
I love the controversy! In the off season I suggested a 6 or 8 team playoff...I have finished 5th what seems like every year...I also suggested 6 points for a qb. But its not a surprise the league votes agianst me on every single rule change for years running now! Im shocked we ever switched to team defenses. I think I might hold a magic crystal ball...i just wish I had the crysal ball on draft day cuz my team is still very average. Anyways good luck to all the playoff teams!..and i am shocked matt didnt find a way to make the playoffs, first time in a whil I have seen top scorer miss out.
haha, when u have the most points in the league by like 100 points and not making the playoffs is a valid point, not a complaint. Lets give the kickers 6 points too for a made field goal
Oh well, sorry you didnt make the playoffs! Its not about how many overall points you have, its about wins and losses! Maybe next year you can make a rule on making the playoffs based on overall points.
yea i guess i don't get anything for scoring over 200 more points than you. If only i would have played you all season i would have had paul's record.
Your right, you don't get anything for scoring 200 more points than me. If, if, if! If I would have had LT, TO, Adrian Peterson, and Randy Moss I would have went undefeated.
eh i doubt it, i had all of them but moss, and still lost 6 games. wait you might have, no one scored over 92 against u. Had i played your schedule this year i would have only lost 2 games and been #1.
Can't we all just get along?
AJ you have placed 6th or better not rising above the four spot every year except for the 2005 season which you placed 7th. The 2005 season withstanding you have been a top 6 point scorer as well.
Some food for though...
If points become the deciding factor as suggested by our comish Mr. Hyla...going back and using the 2004 and 2005 seasons as examples had we opened them up to 6 teams and using point total as the standard instead of wins and losses...
The top six would breakdown as follows:
2004:
1. Rowe's Pros 1269.76 (11-3)
2. E.O.T.m. 1215.32 (10-4)
3. T&A 1205.23 (9-5)
4. ECCGrounds 1106.12 (10-4)
5. Buckeye M. 1092.20 (4-10)
6. Kardiac K. 1050.72 (5-9)
That would have displaced both Aj's All-Stars and the Flashes who were both tied with a 6-8 record and 1032.33 and 1030.96 points respectively. This also would have positioned Dayton Dragons with 1047.12 points(3-11) above the "last place" Killer Bs' with only 991.39 point(6-8). Would be kind of crazy to have a 6-8 team below a 3-11 team don't you think?
2005:
1. Killer B's 1238.53 (8-6)
2. E.O.T.M. 1185.21 (7-7)
3. ECCGrounds 1163.92 (9-5)
4. Rowe's Pros 1144.77 (10-4)
5. T&A 1119.30 (8-6)
6. Buckey M. 1001.35 (5-9)
Again this would have displaced the Flashes with an 8-6 record and only 981.08 points. Again would be crazy to see a 5-9 team beat out an 8-6 team? Right?
I do still want to have head to head wins and losses, i did check most of the final regular season standings, and that face that the 1st and 3rd overall scoring teams didn't make the playoffs never has happened before. Sometimes the 3rd highest did, but never did the 1st ever miss a playoff spot. I just think that with 6 playoff spots no matter what that wouldn't happen again. Im not just saying this because my teams had the most points, had my Killer B's had the most points, i just don't think thats fair for him to miss the playoffs, when if we did take just scoring to determine the winner, he'd be the champ. Having 6 playoffs spots would certainly eliminate this. Changes that could possibly take place are:
Season would only be 13 weeks instead of 14 to make room for extra playoff game.
1st and 2nd place teams could get byes on the 1st round of playoffs to reward the season.
We will defintely talk about this at the draft next year, and hopefully we will get it resolved....
